Shear Tech "Batch Capture" Software

Description:

Batch Capture is the MS Windows 9x compatible software that automatically collects and saves batch information into a file during check MICR encoding. This software can be used with any of the following Shear Tech encoders: EN-5000(E), EN-5500(E) and EN-5800(E). An add-on Capture Board has to be installed onto EN-5000(E) and EN-5500(E) in order to utilize Batch Capture software. Communication between an encoder   and a PC is done through the standard RS232 port. Once the capturing process is started, entire job is done by the software automatically, so an operator can concentrate on most important  - MICR encoding process.

     Options window is where you configure the software options.

Main window is where you control the software and where the last processed Batch is displayed.

Saved Batch file opened in Notepad is the file that was generated by the Batch Capture software.
